About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition and expand our business in the staffing and recruitment domain. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in generating leads, managing client relationships, and closing business deals with corporate clients across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new clients for permanent, contractual, and temporary staffing services.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and market growth.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through understanding their hiring needs and delivering customized workforce solutions.
- Coordinate with the recruitment team to ensure timely and quality delivery to clients.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to close new business deals.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and prepare regular business performance reports.
- Ensure client satisfaction and act as a liaison between the client and internal teams.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Development / Sales within a Staffing, Recruitment, or HR Consulting company.
- Strong understanding of various hiring models (Permanent, Contract, C2H).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
