Manager - Business Development - Real Estate

Job Description:

Responsible for property acquisitions.

- Selection of catchments for new store.

- Studying Market trends, Legal compliances, Financial and location feasibility reports (primarily involving Real Estate cost, population, salary brackets, consumer habits, spending trends, local Govt. laws, geographical aspects etc.).

- Analyzing local Competitors & practices relating to each location.

- Developing local contacts for sourcing property/ real estate options.

- Leading role in negotiating and finalizing the terms of the transactions.

- Adhering SOP's throughout the transaction period.

- Evaluating new cities and potential markets, property acquisition, negotiations, presentations as per company standards etc.

- Handling Pan India BD tracker, rent re-negotiations & documentation, Store closures, renewals for designated region.
