Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development professional to drive growth for workplace interior fit-out, design & build, base-build, and greenfield projects. The role involves end-to-end ownership of the business development lifecycle, strategic partnerships, and key account management within the commercial real estate and interiors ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end business development activities for workplace interior fit-outs, design & build projects, base-build, and greenfield developments.
- Prospect new business through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and market mapping.
- Set up client meetings, present company capabilities, propose solutions, negotiate commercials, close deals, and oversee billing milestones.
- Conduct market research and competition analysis, especially across IPCs, property consultants, and interior design & build firms.
- Build and manage relationships with international property consultants (IPCs), local commercial leasing agencies, and corporate real estate advisors for lead generation and collaborations.
- Develop, nurture, and retain key client accounts to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and track opportunities from lead generation to closure.
Must-Have Experience:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Industry exposure to Real Estate, IPCs, Architects, Interior Fit-Outs, or Design & Build suppliers (preferred).
- Strong experience in Interiors & Design & Build business development is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
