Job Responsibilities and Duties:
- Use sales forecasting methods and techniques to analyze and filter serious leads.
- Manage the lead pipeline effectively, ensuring that potential clients are followed up with in a timely and consistent manner.
- Develop strong relationships with industry professionals and key stakeholders to promote Villas & Pods products, creating long-lasting business connections.
- Review market analysis and meet with clients to assess their current and future needs, ensuring the company maintains a quality relationship with each customer
- Ensure continuous follow-ups with prospective leads, addressing client queries, and providing necessary information. Engage in constructive dialogues to close deals and convert leads into clients.
- Develop and implement innovative sales campaigns and strategies to attract new customers while retaining existing ones. Work towards driving revenue and market expansion.
- Represent Villas & Pods at industry conferences, meetings, and events to increase the companys market presence and foster professional relationships.
- Work closely with other departments, such as the Design Team, to support sales initiatives and ensure smooth execution of projects.
- Set clear and achievable sales targets, regularly tracking progress and making adjustments to strategies to ensure targets are met or exceeded.
- Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management, providing insights on performance, challenges, and recommendations for growth
- Keep abreast of the latest industry trends, market developments, and competitor strategies to refine sales approaches and maintain a competitive edge.
- Use strong negotiation skills to close high-value deals that contribute to the profitable growth of the business.
