We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our B2B SaaS sales efforts in the real estate sector. You'll own the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and build lasting client relationships that drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B sales for our AI-powered SaaS platform in the real estate domain.

- Manage end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, pitching, negotiation, and closing.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate stakeholders.

- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to align sales strategies.

- Identify market trends and customer needs to inform product development.

- Represent Sirrus.ai at industry events and networking opportunities.

Requirements

- Experience: 7+ years in SaaS or tech sales, with proven exposure to the real estate industry.

- Expertise: Deep understanding of real estate stakeholders and PropTech/AI solutions.

- Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
