Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to drive growth within our Property Management vertical. This is a high-impact, individual contributor role where you will own the full sales cycle and build long-term, recurring revenue relationships with residential property managers and multifamily operators across the U.S.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own the Full Sales Cycle: Lead end-to-end sales activities including prospecting, discovery, solution positioning, negotiations, and closing.

- Consultative Selling: Understand and diagnose operational challenges faced by property management and multifamily businesses, and position Office Beacons managed services as strategic solutions.

- Pipeline Development: Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through outbound efforts, referrals, and collaboration with offshore sales support teams.

- Client Engagement: Establish credibility with decision-makers and build long-term partnerships that drive recurring revenue.

- Collaboration: Work closely with internal delivery and sales support teams to ensure seamless handoff and customer success.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience: 5+ years of B2B sales experience with ownership of the full sales cycle.

Proven Results: Demonstrated success in closing recurring services, managed services, or staffing solutions.

Industry Exposure: Background in property management, real estate, or PropTech is strongly preferred.

- Self-motivated, disciplined, and effective in a remote work environment
