Manager - Business Development - Property Acquisition

Description: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for driving retail expansion and store additions across Tamil Nadu. The incumbent will identify new market opportunities, manage retail
roll-outs (EBOs) and build strong relationships with key stakeholders to achieve new store opening
targets for the region.



Key Responsibilities:



- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities across Tamil Nadu for store expansion.



- Drive end-to-end retail expansion from market mapping, site identification, and negotiation to store launch.



- Develop and maintain strong relationships with landlords, developers, and real estate
brokers.



- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Projects, VM, Marketing, and Operations) to ensure
timely store openings.



- Track and analyze regional performance metrics to recommend business growth strategies.



- Study competitor landscape, consumer preferences, and emerging market trends to support
decision-making.



- Drive business growth and ensure achievement of store expansion targets for the region.



- Represent the brand at regional events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility.



Key Requirements:



- Any Graduate/Post Graduate.



- 8 - 12 years of relevant experience in Fashion / Apparel / Eyewear / Jewellery industry.



- Proven track record in Retail Expansion / Business Development roles.



- Strong local market knowledge and network across Tamil Nadu.



- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.



- Proficiency in Tamil and English is mandatory.



- Willingness to travel extensively within the region.
