Job Title: Business Development Manager - Project Sales

Location: Andheri East, Mumbai
Candidate Preference: Mumbai-based candidates only
Role Overview:
- Drive project sales growth through B2B and B2C channels
- Build long-term relationships with architects, designers, retailers, and key clients
- Manage the complete sales cycle for fabrics and furnishings projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with B2B and B2C clients
- Develop strong networks with architects, interior designers, and design professionals
- Execute strategic sales plans aligned with market demand and customer needs
- Identify new business opportunities and expand project sales pipelines
- Drive revenue through consultative and solution-based selling
- Retain and grow existing accounts through regular engagement
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates
Key Result Areas (KRA):
- Achievement of monthly and annual revenue targets
- Growth in project sales and new client acquisition
- Expansion of architect and designer network
- Retention and repeat business from existing accounts
- Accuracy of sales forecasts and reporting
- High client satisfaction and successful project closures
Technical & Functional Skillsets:
- Strong experience in project sales, B2B and B2C sales
- Exposure to fabrics, furnishings, interiors, or building materials preferred
- Understanding of sales cycle management and project-based selling
- Ability to identify and convert leads into long-term accounts
- Knowledge of market analysis, competitor tracking, and pricing strategies
- Proficiency in CRM systems, MS Excel, and sales reporting tools
