Role Overview:
- We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Business Development Manager (Non-IT Client Acquisition) to join our expanding team.
- This role requires a proactive and strategic professional with a proven ability to identify, acquire, and manage clients within the non-IT recruitment domain.
- The ideal candidate will possess strong business acumen, market awareness, and relationship-building skills.
- You will be responsible for driving business growth through client acquisition, developing long-term partnerships, and ensuring that Prime Hire Inc continues to be recognized as a trusted recruitment partner across industries such as Manufacturing, BFSI, Pharma, Automotive, FMCG, and Logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, approach, and acquire new corporate clients in the non-IT recruitment and staffing space.
- Build and nurture sustainable business relationships with decision-makers, HR heads, and senior leadership teams.
- Understand client-specific workforce requirements, hiring challenges, and business objectives to provide tailored staffing solutions.
- Collaborate closely with internal recruitment teams to ensure seamless service delivery and fulfillment of client needs.
- Create and execute strategic business development and sales plans to achieve organizational growth targets.
- Conduct client meetings, business presentations, and negotiations to close profitable deals and establish long-term partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
- Maintain accurate and updated client databases, sales pipelines, and business reports for management review.
- Represent Prime Hire Inc at networking events, conferences, and industry forums to strengthen brand presence and visibility.
- Drive revenue growth, ensuring consistent achievement of sales and business development KPIs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Business Development or Client Acquisition, preferably within the staffing, recruitment, or HR services industry.
- Proven success in acquiring and managing corporate clients across non-IT sectors.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of recruitment business models, workforce outsourcing, and staff augmentation.
- Goal-oriented, self-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and priorities while maintaining high-quality service delivery.
