Our client is seeking a Business Development Manager with experience in closing deals for IT MSP offerings internationally - especially in North America. He/she will be responsible for the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to deal closure - and must be comfortable selling offshore + onsite hybrid MSP models to mid-sized clients (200-1,000 employees).
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive new client acquisition for IT MSP services across US, Canada, and other key markets
- Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting - qualification - pitching - proposal - closure
Sell service offerings such as:
- IT Helpdesk (L1-L3)
- Patch & Compliance Management
- Asset Lifecycle & Inventory Support
- Onsite-Offshore hybrid IT staffing
- Run cold outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo/Apollo, etc.
- Conduct effective discovery & consultative sales meetings
- Collaborating with internal tech leads to crafting client proposals and SLAs
- Maintain sales pipeline and activities in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho)
- Represent MetroMax in international discussions and client meetings (virtual + onsite)
Required Qualifications:
- 3-7 years of international B2B sales experience in IT Services or Managed Services
- Proven track record of closing deals from India targeting North American or UK clients
- Strong understanding of MSP models, IT infrastructure, helpdesk, compliance, hybrid delivery
- Highly comfortable with cold outreach, LinkedIn prospecting, and objection handling
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
- Experience using tools like Apollo, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot
