Role Overview :

The role will focus on driving international B2B/B2B2C sales and partnerships for revenue growth across ASEAN and EMEA markets. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in enterprise sales, strategic partnerships, and international market development, preferably in digital media, SaaS, subscription platforms, telecom, or content distribution ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities :

Business Development & Sales :


- Identify and drive new B2B/B2B2C revenue opportunities across ASEAN and EMEA markets.


- Build and manage partnerships with Enterprises, telecom operators, airlines, hotels, device manufacturers, media companies, and digital platforms.


- Own the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and partnership execution.

- Develop market entry strategies for new international territories.

Strategic Partnerships :

- Establish long-term partnerships that expand Magzters distribution, subscriber base, and brand presence globally.

- Negotiate commercial agreements, contracts, and revenue-sharing models with international partners.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and content partnerships to deliver value to partners.

Market Expansion :

- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs across ASEAN and EMEA.

- Represent Magzter in international meetings, conferences, and partner discussions.

- Build a strong pipeline of global partners and maintain long-term strategic relationships.

Stakeholder Management :

- Collaborate with internal leadership teams to align partnership strategies with company growth objectives.

- Provide regular reporting on pipeline, deal progress, and revenue forecasts.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 10+ years of experience in B2B sales, partnerships and international business development.

- Proven experience managing international markets such as ASEAN and/or EMEA.
- Strong background in enterprise sales, strategic alliances, or b2b/b2b2c partnerships.

- Experience working with enterprises, telecom, media, digital platforms, SaaS, or subscription-based businesses is highly preferred.

- Excellent negotiation, relationship management, and communication skills.


- Ability to work with global stakeholders and manage cross-border partnerships.


- Comfortable with international travel when required.
