- Training & Development: Upskill team members on product knowledge, negotiation, and client engagement.


- Collaboration: Work closely with operations, finance, and product teams to ensure seamless service delivery.


- Reporting & Analytics: Prepare regular sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecast accuracy for senior management.


- Conflict Resolution: Handle escalations and ensure client satisfaction while maintaining team harmony.


- Pharma / Manufacturing / Airlines / Corporate Travel / Facility Management Mobility / Cab Aggregator Services


Desired Skill Set:


- Strong relationship-building & customer engagement skills


- Experience managing long sales cycles (RFI RFP Negotiation Closing)


- Knowledge of employee transport operations (huge advantage)


- Ability to generate leads & connect with CXO / Admin / SCM heads
