Description:
- Generate leads, pitch staffing services, and convert prospects into long-term clients.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and top management in target organizations.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and agreements with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Explore and expand business in non-IT industry segments requiring staffing and recruitment services.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Understand client requirements, workforce planning, and hiring challenges to propose effective staffing solutions.
- Ensure seamless client onboarding and manage service delivery to meet client satisfaction and performance benchmarks.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client communication, feedback, and escalations.
3. Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Monitor daily recruitment activities and guide the team in sourcing, screening, and closing candidates.
- Set clear performance goals, track KPIs, and motivate the team to exceed revenue and placement targets.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the recruitment team.
4. Strategic Planning & Revenue Growth
- Identify new markets, service offerings, and partnership opportunities to expand business reach.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, market analyses, and performance reports to senior management.
- Continuously evaluate business processes to ensure efficiency and scalability in operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 5 to 9 years of experience in IT staffing, recruitment, or workforce solutions business development.
- Proven success in client acquisition, account management, and revenue generation.
- Hands-on experience with contract and permanent staffing services.
- Strong understanding of IT recruitment life cycle and talent market trends.
- Experience working with remote or distributed teams is preferred.
