Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve monthly & quarterly revenue targets
- New logo acquisition in IT staffing (C2H-focused)
- Account farming & mining to expand wallet share
- CXO, hiring manager & procurement stakeholder management
- Strong pipeline management & forecasting
- Solution-based selling aligned to client needs
- Collaborate with recruitment/delivery teams for quality & speed
- Lead commercial & pricing negotiations to closure
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 8-15 years in IT Staffing / Talent Solutions sales
- Mandatory: Deep expertise in Contract-to-Hire (C2H)
- Strong exposure to BFSI & GCC clients
- Proven success in hunter, farmer & miner roles
- Consistent revenue delivery track record
- Excellent negotiation & stakeholder management
- Solid understanding of IT roles, hiring trends & staffing lifecycle
Good-to-Have:
- Experience with mid to large enterprises
- Strong industry network / client connects
- Exposure to MSP/VMS environments
- Comfortable in high-growth, performance-driven setups
