- Position Antino Labs technology solutions and services effectively to clients.
- Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling.
Proposal & Deal Management:
- Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to create customized solutions.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals successfully.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Represent Antino Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.
- Provide feedback to internal teams on market needs and customer expectations.
Professional & Technical Skills:
Must-Have Skills:
- Proven track record of new client acquisition and deal closure
- Strong understanding of technology solutions such as product engineering, cloud, AI/ML, or enterprise platforms
Sales & Communication Skills:
- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers
- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
Tools & Methodologies:
- Familiarity with sales methodologies and pipeline management
