Description:


We are looking for a driven and results-oriented Business Development Manager to expand our client base and drive revenue growth.

The role focuses on new business acquisition, account growth, and strategic partnerships, particularly within technology and digital services domains.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in IT services sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to build and close high-value deals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Business Development & Sales:


- Identify, prospect, and acquire new clients across target industries and geographies.


- Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.


- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through outbound and inbound efforts.


- Meet and exceed assigned revenue and growth targets.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management:


- Engage with CXOs, decision-makers, and key stakeholders to understand business needs.


- Position Antino Labs technology solutions and services effectively to clients.


- Build long-term relationships and identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling.

Proposal & Deal Management:


- Lead proposal creation, RFP/RFI responses, and client presentations.


- Collaborate with delivery and pre-sales teams to create customized solutions.


- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals successfully.

Market Intelligence & Strategy:


- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitive insights.


- Represent Antino Labs at industry events, conferences, and networking forums.


- Provide feedback to internal teams on market needs and customer expectations.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must-Have Skills:


- 3-6 years of experience in business development / sales within IT services, digital transformation, or technology consulting


- Proven track record of new client acquisition and deal closure


- Strong understanding of technology solutions such as product engineering, cloud, AI/ML, or enterprise platforms

Sales & Communication Skills:


- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills


- Ability to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers


- Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills

Tools & Methodologies:


- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)


- Familiarity with sales methodologies and pipeline management
