
Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships, and expanding the company's client base. The ideal candidate will have strong sales acumen and excellent relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
- Develop and execute business development strategies and sales plans.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and negotiations.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Track sales metrics, prepare reports, and forecast revenue.
- Represent the company at networking events and industry forums.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience in business development or sales.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships.
- Experience in B2B sales (IT/Services industry preferred).
- Self-driven with strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
