Job opening for Business Development Manager - IT Equipment Leasing in a well known NBFC at Mumbai.
Role: Business Development Manager - IT Equipment Leasing

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners such as system integrators, IT hardware resellers, OEMs, and technology consultants.
- Drive IT equipment leasing solutions (laptops, desktops, servers, networking equipment, etc.) through NBFC lease financing models.
- Train and support partners on product offerings, financing structures, and documentation requirements.
- Develop and execute channel engagement plans to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual leasing disbursement targets.
- Collaborate with credit, operations, and risk teams to ensure timely processing of partner-originated proposals.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines during partner sourcing and client onboarding.
- Monitor and analyze channel performance metrics, and take corrective actions where needed.
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across partner organizations.
- Gather market intelligence and feedback to improve leasing product offerings and partner engagement.
Required Skills:
- 5-10 years of experience in channel sales, preferably in IT equipment leasing, asset finance, or B2B lending.
- Strong network of IT vendors, resellers, and system integrators is highly desirable.
- Good understanding of NBFC leasing models and structured finance offerings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
