Job Summary:

- We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in selling Microsoft products and solutions.

- The role involves driving new business, managing enterprise and mid-market accounts, building strategic partnerships, and achieving revenue targets across Microsoft offerings including Dynamics 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Power Platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive new business acquisition for Microsoft solutions including:.

a. Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, SCM, Business Central, CRM).

b. Microsoft Azure (Cloud, Infrastructure, Security).

c. Microsoft 365 (Licensing, Migration, Managed Services).

d. Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Automate).

- Conduct regular field visits to meet prospects and existing customers.

- Identify, qualify, and close mid-market and enterprise opportunities.

- Conduct client meetings, product presentations, and solution demos.

- Work closely with presales and technical teams to propose the right solutions.

- Prepare proposals, RFP/RFQ responses, and commercial negotiations.

- Develop long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.

- Stay updated on Microsoft product updates, licensing, and go-to-market strategies.

- Collaborate with Microsoft and channel partners for joint opportunities.

- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM updates.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in B2B IT / Software / Cloud sales.

- Proven experience selling Microsoft solutions (Dynamics, Azure, M365).

- Strong exposure to field sales and client-facing roles.

- Ability to conduct on-site meetings and travel as required.

- Strong understanding of ERP, CRM, Cloud, and Digital Transformation.

- Experience handling end-to-end sales cycle (lead to closure).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to engage CXOs, IT Heads, Finance Heads, and Business Leaders.

- Experience working with Microsoft Partners / ISVs (preferred).

- Strong commercial and contract negotiation skills.
