Business Development Leader

Work Location: Navalur, Chennai


What Youll Be Doing:


- Drive new business and convert high-value opportunities across domestic and international markets through strategic outreach (outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach) and leveraging existing industry networks along with consultative selling, and solution mapping.

- Mentor and guide BDEs while owning your own high-impact sales pipelinestriking the balance between individual contribution and team enablement.

- Manage and grow key client relationships with CXOs & IT Directors.

- Collaborate closely with delivery, tech, and talent teams to build scalable, tailored solutions.


What Were Looking For:


- 7-15 years of total experience with at least 3-5 years in IT services sales (web, mobile, software development, and staff augmentation).

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles, outsourcing models, and delivery dynamics.

- Global exposure with experience selling into North America & Europe.

- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

- Strategic mindset with a hands-on, revenue-focused approach.
