JOB BRIEF:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive sustainable financial growth through increased sales and forging strong client relationships in B2G AND B2B vertical.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop a vertical growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction

2. Research and identify new markets and customer needs and replicate projects in states.

3. Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients specially B2G and B2B.

4. Promote IMZ Corporate's products/services by addressing or anticipating clients' objectives

5. Prepare sales contracts while ensuring compliance with law-established guidelines

6. Maintain records of sales, revenue, and invoices

7. Build long-term relationships with new and existing clients

8. Ensure timely collections for the customers

9. Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

10. Comfortable in extensive traveling within India.

11. Develop entry-level staff into valuable salespeople

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR (REQUIREMENTS):

1. Proven experience as a Business Development Manager, Sales Executive, or relevant role

2. Demonstrated track record in Solution sales for companies in mobility and transportation domain

3. Understanding the use of digital tools lile sensors/ mobile data terminals/ RF Readers

4. Experience in customer support (a plus)

5. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)

6. Fluent in English with excellent communication and negotiation skills

7. Strong market knowledge, especially in B2B sales and B2G sales. (experience of handling logistics companies, Last mile delivery, education, Excise, Customs, elections a plus)

8. Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.

9. Strong time management and planning skills

10. BSc/BA in Business Administration, Sales, or relevant field

11. Should be mobile (two or four-wheeler)

12. Should have technical bent of mind.
