Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Manager who has a strong track record in sales, client acquisition, and market expansion-both in India and internationally. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strategic relationships, and identifying business opportunities in emerging and established markets.

Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities in domestic and international markets (especially US, UK, UAE, and APAC regions).

- Drive end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to deal closure.

- Build and nurture client relationships through consultative selling and value-driven approaches.

- Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs.

- Develop and execute market entry strategies for new regions.

- Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to represent the company.

- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

- Provide market intelligence and competitor analysis to guide product/service positioning.

- Maintain accurate sales reports and CRM data.

Key Requirements:

- Proven experience (4+ years) in business development or sales, with exposure to both Indian and international markets.

- Strong understanding of IT services, RCM, BPO/KPO, or SaaS solutions is preferred.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.

- Willingness to travel as required.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
