Business Development Manager
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential customers and new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute targeted strategies for lead generation and client acquisition.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with prospects and existing clients to expand business opportunities.
- Engage in consultative selling, understanding customer pain points and positioning appropriate solutions.
- Prepare, deliver, and negotiate compelling proposals, presentations, and contracts to close deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to tailor offerings and campaigns to market needs.
- Manage sales pipeline efficiently using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow-ups.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking activities to enhance business connections and brand visibility.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity, market trends, and client feedback to senior management.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 6-8 years of proven business development or sales experience, preferably in ISP/Telecom domain.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and manage complex sales cycles.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
