Role Description

- This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Business Development Manager at Visista Insurance Broking Services Pvt. Ltd.

- The Business Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to drive business growth.

- The role will also involve creating and implementing sales strategies, attending industry events, and meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

- Strong sales and negotiation skills

- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities

- Experience in business development and client relationship management

- Knowledge of insurance products and services

- Ability to analyze market trends and competitors

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- Previous experience in the insurance industry is a plus
