Role Overview:
As a Manager Business Development - HRMS / Recruitment, you will be at the forefront of expanding our market presence in the dynamic HR technology landscape. Your day-to-day will involve identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth for our HRMS and Recruitment solutions. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to develop and execute effective strategies that resonate with our target audience. This role directly impacts our ability to provide innovative HR solutions to businesses, enabling them to streamline their processes, attract top talent, and achieve their organizational goals. This position is based in Mumbai.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities within the HRMS and Recruitment space, focusing on key target markets and industries.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets, contributing to the overall growth of the organization.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at prospective client organizations, fostering long-term partnerships.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our HRMS and Recruitment solutions, addressing client-specific needs and challenges.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives and client expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop targeted campaigns and messaging, enhancing brand awareness and lead generation.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management, enabling informed decision-making and resource allocation.
Required Skillset:
- Demonstrated ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in the HRMS or Recruitment technology space.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, showcasing a results-oriented approach.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, recruitment strategies, and HR technology trends.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and collaboration.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Adaptable to a fast-paced and evolving business environment, with a willingness to learn and grow.
