Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven HoReCa Sales with proven experience in selling branded and luxury products to elite hospitality clients. The ideal candidate will have strong connections in the 5-star and 7-star hotel and restaurant segment and be capable of driving premium product sales with a strategic, relationship-based approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and acquire new HoReCa clients (5-star & 7-star hotels, fine-dining restaurants).

Promote and sell only branded and luxury products in the hospitality sector.

Build long-term, high-value relationships with key decision-makers (chefs, F&B managers, GMs).

Achieve sales targets through strategic account management and upselling.

Conduct product presentations, sampling, and staff training at client locations.

Monitor competitor activities and market trends to develop counter strategies.

Maintain CRM and provide timely sales reports and forecasts.

Key Requirements:

Minimum 6 years of experience in HoReCa sales - preferably in luxury F&B, gourmet, or high-end lifestyle products.

Existing relationships with premium hotels and restaurants.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

Highly self-motivated and target-driven.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
