About the Company

We are building Indias first premium, integrated care platform focused on families caring for loved ones with neurodegenerative conditions such as dementia and Alzheimers disease. Our model delivers a comprehensive continuum of care through specialised home-based services and day care centres, supported by strong clinical partnerships, technology enablement, and rigorous quality standards.

The platform is underpinned by deep domain expertise and adherence to both domestic and international care protocols and pathways for specialised dementia and geriatric care. The initial pilot will be launched in Mumbai, with plans for national expansion.

About the Role

We are seeking a driven, empathetic, and commercially astute Business Development Executive to lead growth initiatives for our specialist dementia home care services in Mumbai. This role is central to building referral ecosystems, forging strategic partnerships, driving service adoption, and establishing the organisation as a trusted, premium provider of dementia care.

The ideal candidate brings strong business development and relationship-management capabilities, combined with sensitivity to healthcare, elder care, and family decisionmaking dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

Business Growth & Strategy

- Develop and execute business development strategies to drive client acquisition and revenue growth

- Identify and pursue new market opportunities across Mumbai and adjoining regions

- Analyse market trends, competitive offerings, and pricing dynamics to inform strategy

Partnerships & Referral Networks

- Build and sustain strong referral relationships with:

o Hospitals and neurologists

o Geriatricians and psychiatrists

o Assisted living facilities and senior living communities

o NGOs, caregiver networks, and insurance providers

- Design and implement structured referral programmes and partnership models

Sales & Client Engagement

- Act as the central liaison between prospective families and internal subjectmatter experts (such as Care Account Managers and clinical specialists)

- Ensure seamless coordination so that family enquiries and active engagements are effectively connected with the appropriate experts

- Support consultative selling by facilitating conversions from enquiry to active client, in collaboration with care and clinical teams

- Maintain a robust sales pipeline and consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets

Branding & Outreach

- Represent the organisation at healthcare events, senior care forums, and community engagements

- Support brand-building initiatives including seminars, caregiver workshops, and awareness programmes

- Collaborate closely with marketing teams on local outreach, partnerships, and lead-generation efforts

Operations & Internal Coordination

- Work cross-functionally with clinical, care coordination, and operations teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery

- Share market and client insights to help refine service offerings, pricing, and positioning

- Uphold ethical, transparent, and compliant sales practices aligned with healthcare standards

Reporting & Compliance

- Track and analyse leads, conversions, partnerships, and revenue performance

- Prepare regular business and pipeline reports for senior leadership

- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, elder care guidelines, and data privacy norms

Qualifications & Experience

Required

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline

- 36 years of experience in business development, sales, or partnerships

- Prior exposure to healthcare, home care, elder care, or wellness services preferred

- Strong understanding of Mumbais healthcare and senior care ecosystem

Preferred

- Experience working with hospitals, physicians, or care institutions

- Familiarity with dementia care, geriatrics, or chronic care services

- MBA or postgraduate qualification is an added advantage

Skills & Competencies

- Self-starter with strong ownership and execution mindset

- Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills

- High degree of empathy and sensitivity when engaging with elderly clients and their families

- Strong verbal and written communication skills (English and Hindi required; Marathi preferred)

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, results-oriented approach

- Proficiency in CRM systems, reporting, and performance tracking
