About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to drive sales and growth in our freight forwarding and CFS operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in logistics sales, with a strong understanding of international shipping, import/export processes, and interactions with CHA.:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in freight forwarding and CFS.
- Achieve revenue targets through new customer acquisition and existing account growth.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with importers, exporters, forwarders, and CHAs.
- Conduct market research and recommend actionable insights.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with business goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales.
- Strong understanding of CFS operations and international trade.
- Strong experience with B2B Freight Forwarding Services.
- Strong experience with International Import/Export Services.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
