
Description: We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth and revenue for our Digital Gold business. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence through strategic partnerships, B2B/B2C sales initiatives, and new revenue opportunities. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, market awareness, and a target-oriented mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, engage, and onboard new business partners and clients
- Drive B2B and B2C sales initiatives to increase adoption of Digital Gold products
- Develop and execute growth strategies aligned with business and revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with fintech companies, corporates, and channel partners
- Explore new markets, partnerships, and distribution channels
- Track market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth
Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in business development or sales
- Prior experience in fintech, investments, financial services, or digital products is preferred
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and growth targets
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
