Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic, well-connected, and polished Business Development Manager to activate the market for BathDetails by engaging with architects and interior designers. This is a field-based, client-facing role focused on relationship-building, lead generation, and driving showroom traffic and conversions.
Candidate must have experience in Direct Sales to HNI & Ultra HNI clients
Key Responsibilities:
1) Architect Engagement: Regularly visit architect and interior design firms to present and promote the BathDetails concept.
2) Lead Generation: Develop strong relationships, generate qualified leads, and pass them to the internal sales team.
3) Market Feedback: Gather insights from specifiers and share actionable intelligence with the product and sales teams.
4) Sales Collaboration: Work closely with the showroom and sales teams to ensure lead conversion and achieve sales targets.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in business development or specification sales in interiors, bathroom products, or related sectors.
- Strong network within the architect and design community.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Well-groomed, confident, and able to represent a premium brand.
- Comfortable with CRM tools and digital reporting systems.
- Reliable, organised, and a collaborative team player.
