We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive sales in cybersecurity solutions for the Defence and Government sectors.

Role
- Develop and execute sales strategies to identify new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry dynamics.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions.
- Achieve and exceed annual sales targets while ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years in sales, business development, or a related field, preferably in cybersecurity.
- Understanding of cybersecurity trends and challenges in Defence and Government sectors.
- Established network within the Defence and Government sectors.
- Strong verbal and written communication, capable of explaining technical concepts to non technical stakeholders.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity technologies, particularly in preventing cyber attacks, is a plus.
- Proficiency in Hindi or other regional languages is a plus.
- Should be ready to travel to PAN India for events and sales meetings, as well as to the Pune
head office.
