Manager - Business Development - Consulting Firm

Role Objective:

- To drive business development by building a diversified and sustainable pipeline of healthcare infrastructure and consulting assignments across private healthcare providers, institutional clients, and public sector organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive business development for healthcare infrastructure and consulting projects (greenfield and brownfield)

- Build opportunities across private hospitals, healthcare groups, medical colleges, institutions, and public sector bodies

- Participate in public sector tendering processes (EOIs, RFQs, RFPs) and support consortium/JV formation where required

- Develop and manage relationships with hospital promoters, institutional leaders, government officials, architects, EPC/PMC firms, and key stakeholders

- Lead proposal preparation, presentations, negotiations, and closures

- Work closely with design, PMC, and delivery teams to ensure alignment from pitch to execution

- Maintain pipeline visibility, revenue forecasting, and contribution to branch-level growth and profitability
