Job Description : - Meeting with prospective corporate clients (B2B, Corporate Sales) and making brief presentation of projects executed by the firm - Generating business leads through strong network with International Property Consultants, Local Brokers, Developers, Builders & connects in related industries. - Maintain excellent relation with clients to generate revenue from repeat business - Prepares reports like Business Development Plan, Meeting / Proposal Tracker, Target Updates etc and details of any information or feedback gathered through field activities - Prepare Techno-Commercial proposals and track the submission till conversion for smooth execution of the entire process - Track the competitor activities and provide valuable inputs to the team members for creating effective marketing strategies - Conduct CRM Meetings / Interactions to maintain constant connect with existing / new clients - Achieve the Revenue Targets as discussed and agreed with Leadership / Regional Team - Win / Loss Analysis on completion of every RFP Process
