Manager - Business Development - Commercial Real Estate

Job Profile/ Responsibilities:

- Customer Account Management: Mapping client's requirements such as new space requirement, lease renewals, expansion or other plans accurately

- Sales Goals Management: Achieve individual sales targets as set by management.

- MIS: Submit sales reports as per the requirement and maintain an MIS on accounts handled.

- Proposal Management Process: Execute and manage the proposal development process

- Data Base Management: Responsible for the accuracy of data base under areas of influence.

- Event Participation: Represent the company at various business forums and/or business meetings to promote the company.

- New Business Management: Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective liaising with other related businesses and colleagues.

- Lead Management: responsible for establishing contact on all inbound leads received for the region.

Skills Required:

- Displays understanding of duties & org policies and procedures

- Good Appraisal and Evaluation skills

- Good Interpersonal & Communication skills

- Analytical skills to interpret documents such as legislations, regulations, leases etc

- Research skills to identify and locate documents and information relating to property, markets and trends

- Negotiation and Conflict Resolution Skills

Sales Skills:

- Numeracy Skills to calculate and interpret data such as deposite, fees, monitor area and location trends
