- We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead and expand our presence in the UAE market.
- The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, building strategic relationships, and driving revenue growth by promoting our solar EPC solutions.
- Deep knowledge and experience within the UAE Solar EPC sector are essential to effectively navigate the local market landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities in the UAE, focusing on the Commercial and Industrial solar segments.
- Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and key industry stakeholders.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation through proposal development to successful deal closure.
- Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, financial models, and technical solutions customized to client requirements.
- Collaborate closely with engineering and execution teams to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments in the renewable energy sector.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and market positioning.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years of business development or sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically in the UAE Solar EPC market.
- Proven success in closing large-scale B2B projects within the UAE or broader MENA region.
- Strong network and in-depth understanding of UAE solar regulations including DEWA, ADDC, and FEWA.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-driven with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
