About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Business Development Manager to spearhead growth initiatives and oversee the identification, development, and successful handover of turnkey civil projects.
- The ideal candidate will bring 15-20 years of proven expertise in business development, project acquisition, and client relationship management, preferably within the Retail, E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, QSR, Logistics, or Warehousing industries.
- This role requires a results-oriented professional with strong market knowledge, negotiation skills, and the ability to drive large-scale project development from concept to completion in a competitive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and secure new turnkey civil project opportunities across target industries.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve growth targets and expand market presence.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with key stakeholders, developers, and industry partners.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle from identification, development, negotiations, to handover.
- Collaborate with internal teams for project feasibility, costing, and timely execution.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
- Represent the organization in industry events, networking forums, and client meetings.
- Prepare detailed business proposals, presentations, and project reports for management.
Qualifications: Any Diploma / Graduate / Post Graduate in Civil Engineering or related field.
Experience:
- 15-20 years of relevant experience in business development, project acquisition, and client handling.
- Proven track record in identification, development, and handover of turnkey civil projects.
- Prior exposure to Retail, E-Commerce, Quick Commerce, QSR, Logistics, or Warehousing sectors is preferred.
