We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with in-depth knowledge of capital markets to drive sales and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate will be proactive, target-driven, and capable of identifying new opportunities while promoting specialized products like E-Voting and related services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and upsell E-Voting and other products/services to existing clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships by regularly visiting clients
- Prepare and manage sales contracts in compliance with ISO guidelines
- Provide timely and reliable after-sales support and feedback
- Prepare and maintain various types of MIS reports on a periodic basis
- Assist in implementing internal sales and service procedures
- Research industry trends, SEBI updates, and related publications to identify new business opportunities
- Stay updated on market movements and competitor activities
- Willingness to travel frequently and meet clients face-to-face
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Master's or Bachelor's in any related field.
- Mandatory: Sound knowledge of capital markets and related regulatory environment
- Strong client relationship management and communication skills
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client servicing
- Ability to understand and promote financial or compliance-related products
- Comfortable with preparing reports, presentations, and sales documentation
- Excellent negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and achieve targets
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willing to travel regularly for client meetings
