- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and financial standards.

Team Leadership & Development:

- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing team across various departments (sales, marketing, operations, etc.

- Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the team.

- Drive performance management, training, and professional development for staff.

Client & Market Insights:

- Continuously gather insights on customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.

- Leverage data and analytics to improve product offerings and customer engagement strategies.

- Ensure customer satisfaction through personalized solutions and quality service.

Risk Management:

- Assess and mitigate risks related to business development, product implementation, and customer interactions.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Proven experience (10+ years) in business leadership, with a focus on the fintech industry.

- Strong understanding of fintech products, financial regulations, and industry trends.

- Excellent strategic thinking, with a track record of successfully leading and scaling businesses.

- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.

- Proficiency in financial management, budgeting, and performance metrics.

- Ability to develop and maintain high-level client and partner relationships.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field (MBA or advanced degree preferred)
