Key Responsibilities:

- Identify, engage, and onboard new B2B clients across diverse sectors

- Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline through cold calling, emailing, networking, and referrals

- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions across our service offerings

- Prepare impactful sales presentations, proposals, and contracts

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction

- Consistently achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets

- Maintain accurate sales records using CRM systems

- Represent the company at business events, industry forums, and exhibitions

Requirements:

- 3-5 years of proven B2B sales experience in one or more of the following:

- HR Solutions / Staffing / Recruitment

- IT Services

- Management or Business Consulting

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities

- Demonstrated ability to build lasting client relationships

- Goal-oriented with the ability to work independently and under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

- Existing client network within the UAE market

- Experience working with SMEs, large corporates, or government entities

- In-depth understanding of local market trends and business landscape
