Business Development Manager | B2B SaaS Sales (Hunting)


About the Role:

We are looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager to drive new customer acquisition for Xoxodays B2B SaaS products.

This is a pure hunting role where you will own the end-to-end sales cycle - from prospecting to closing - and directly contribute to revenue growth.

What Youll Own:

- Drive new business acquisition across target markets

- Manage the entire sales cycle: research - outreach - pitch - negotiation - closure

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities

- Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations with mid to senior stakeholders

- Position Xoxodays solutions to solve client business challenges

- Consistently meet and exceed revenue targets

- Maintain accurate CRM updates, forecasts, and sales reports

- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, operations) for deal closure

- 3-8 years of experience in B2B SaaS sales (mandatory)

- Strong experience in hunting / new business acquisition

- Proven ability to manage end-to-end sales cycle independently

- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

- Experience engaging with mid to senior-level stakeholders

Must-Have Experience:

- Prospecting, pitching, negotiation, and closing deals independently

- Managing sales pipeline, CRM, and forecasting

- Selling subscription-based SaaS products / platforms

- Strong understanding of consultative selling approach

Good to Have:

- Experience in Rewards / Loyalty / HR Tech / Engagement platforms

- Strong problem-solving and solution-selling mindset

- High ownership, target-driven attitude, and proactive approach
