
Role Summary:
- We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and build long-term client relationships.
- This role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and working closely with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
- The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, strategic thinker, and self-driven professional with proven experience in sales, client management, and market development.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Strategy:
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities in target markets.
- Develop and execute growth strategies, sales plans, and business expansion roadmaps.
- Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong sales pipelines using CRM tools.
Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Prospect, qualify, and convert high-potential leads into long-term clients.
- Conduct presentations, product demos, and solution pitches to prospects.
- Develop and nurture strategic client relationships to drive repeat and upsell opportunities.
- Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and deliver customized solutions.
Collaboration & Cross-functional Alignment:
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align on go-to-market strategies.
- Provide market insights and customer feedback to influence product development.
- Work with leadership teams to define pricing, proposals, and contract negotiations.
Sales Execution & Reporting;
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, tracking metrics, and performance KPIs.
- Provide regular business forecasts, reports, and insights to management.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or partnership management.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience in managing end-to-end sales cycles.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscape.
