Key Responsibilities:
Business Growth & Acquisition
- Grow business through acquisition of new customers and strengthening relationships with existing clients.
- Identify new revenue streams and diversification opportunities in auto and non-auto sectors.
- Develop and execute business development and marketing strategies to expand market presence.
RFQ & Commercial Management
- Manage RFQs, costing, and price negotiations to secure profitable business.
- Prepare competitive techno-commercial proposals aligned with customer expectations.
Customer & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and potential customers.
- Work closely with senior management to align strategies with organizational sales goals.
Marketing & Documentation
- Maintain and update business development documentation, presentations, and reports.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to support brand visibility and lead generation.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Support the team on additional responsibilities as required.
Required Competencies:
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Expertise in costing, pricing, and commercial negotiations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational, time-management, and prioritization abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and meet deadlines.
