Market Strategy & Analysis:
- Conduct fertilizer need assessments based on regional cropping patterns and soil conditions and market potential studies across selected Middle East countries.
- Identify key customer segments: Agri-cooperatives, organic farms, landscaping firms, and government procurement channels.
- Analyze regulatory frameworks for organic fertilizer import and distribution.
Product & Brand Development:
- Develop and position the imported fertilizer products as a trusted, high-impact organic fertilizer brand in Middle East.
- Coordinate packaging, labeling, and certification requirements for regional compliance.
Sales & Distribution:
- Build and manage B2B and B2C sales channels.
- Negotiate bulk procurement contracts with Agri-distributors and institutional buyers.
- Design incentive schemes for channel partners and retailers.
Supply Chain Operations:
- Oversee import logistics, customs clearance, warehousing, and last-mile delivery.
- Integrate fertilizer operations with existing supply chain and retail footprint.
- Monitor inventory, pricing, and demand forecasting.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Liaise with SRDI teams in India.
- Represent in trade shows, agricultural expos, and relevant forums.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelors degree in Agriculture Sciences / Environmental Sciences.
- Masters degree in Agribusiness / Supply Chain / Marketing.
- 2+ years of experience in Fertilizers / Agri-inputs / Sustainable product marketing.
- Proven track record in market development, import/export operations, and brand building (preferably in the Middle East).
- Familiarity with organic certification standards and Middle East Agri-regulations.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills; fluency in English (proficiency in Arabic is desirable).
