1. JOB PURPOSE:

The Manager Business Development (International Airports and EPC) plays a key supporting.

business expansion. This role involves coordinating cross-functional activities such as strategic marketing support, business evaluation, and stakeholder engagement under the guidance of senior leadership. The Manager contributes to enhancing visibility and access in target markets by building professional relationships and supporting brand-building initiatives. The role

requires consistent engagement with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of business development activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Business Development & Market Intelligence

- Identify and evaluate new international and domestic opportunities in airports, roads, railways, and EPC infrastructure.

- Conduct market research, competition benchmarking, and mapping upcoming tenders.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of international business opportunities.

B. RFQs, RFPs & Bidding Management

- Lead end-to-end preparation of EOIs, RFQs, and RFP submissions.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather technical, commercial, and legal inputs.

- Own complete proposal documentation, formatting, compliance, and submission accuracy.

- Track timelines, deadlines, and portal requirements for global bids.

C. Commercial Structuring & Financial Inputs

- Support in developing commercial frameworks, bid assumptions, pricing structures, and deal terms.

- Work alongside finance teams on financial modelling and sensitivity analysis (basic exposure required).

- Consolidate financial and operational data needed for bid decisions.

D. Stakeholder & Partner Management

- Engage with government bodies, international authorities, EPC partners, consultants, and internal teams.

- Assist in maintaining strong relationships with global stakeholders.

- Facilitate internal alignments with legal, finance, engineering, and senior management.

E. Strategy & Brand Development

- Contribute to brand-building efforts in international markets.

- Prepare pitch decks, credentials, corporate presentations, and communication material.

- Conduct competitor studies and prepare inputs for strategic discussions.

3. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

- Strong BD experience in EPC or Infrastructure sectors (airports, roads, rail, power, transport).

- Hands-on bidding and tendering experience (RFQ/RFP preparation is mandatory).

- Good understanding of commercials, contracts, and project finance basics.

- Strong documentation, presentation, and analytical capability.

- Stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination.

- Exposure to international tenders is a strong plus.

- Financial modelling exposure is an added advantage.
