Description: We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager Business Development to drive regional growth, strengthen client relationships, and scale revenue across staffing and allied services. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, strong sales execution, and the ability to build and mentor high-performing sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proven track record and experience in selling staffing services while delivering results on short-term, mid-term and long-term.
- Strategic leadership with track record driving results faster than competition in new markets/solution areas.
- Strategy development with multi-phase execution and delivery.
- Industry knowledge in one or more industries: Staffing, Financial Services, Healthcare, Retail, ITeS.
- Should have worked on digital marketing campaigns converting them into sales leads.
- Recruit, hire and train new sales representatives.
- Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices.
- Proficiency in understanding the staffing services in India and adapt to changing requirements.
- Proficient in developing and quarterly and annual plan for nurturing leads from identification to conversion.
- Leading and mentoring the sales team to achieve targets.
Qualifications:
Required Experience:
- Overall 7+ years of related experience: Sales leadership roles, managing high performance sales and technical-sales teams, sales and account development strategies, proven track record of selling complex solutions to enterprise customers and delivering customer business outcomes.
- Focus on envisioning and business value across Staffing and allied product areas.
- The Sales Head is leading account teams to drive customer business outcomes, to help customers to transform in their industry, to accelerate revenue growth.
- Driving business value to customers and demonstrating that ConsultHagnos is focused on their success.
- Proven record of successful deals closed.
- Good knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing.
- Great command of MS Office and CRM tools.
