Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, expand business opportunities, and strengthen client relationships.
The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation skills, market understanding, and the ability to convert leads into long-term business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Acquisition
- Identify, prospect, and convert new business opportunities.
- Build a strong sales pipeline through leads, networking, and outbound strategies.
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations.
Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Understand client needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Develop sales plans to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
- Research market trends, competitors, and industry insights.
- Work closely with internal teams to align sales strategies with business goals.
Negotiation & Deal Closure
- Prepare proposals, commercial quotes, and agreements.
- Negotiate terms to close deals effectively.
- Manage contract renewals and upselling opportunities.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track and report sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
- Provide insights on customer behavior and market opportunities.
- Maintain accurate documentation in CRM tools.

Qualifications

- MBA in sales is preffered
