Manager - Business Development

New Business Acquisition:

- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and business opportunities.

- Understand client needs and tailor solutions that align with their goals.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and vendors.

- Ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and support.

Market Research & Intelligence:

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

- Provide insights to inform strategic decisions and refine business development tactics.

Proposal & Pitch Development:

- Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:

- Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and client engagement.

- Provide regular reports and insights to the founder and leadership team.

Collaboration & Strategy:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience business development, sales, or client acquisition-preferably in a service-based industry.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management systems, and productivity platforms.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
