- Identify, prospect, and engage with India's top brand managers, marketers, and marketing heads through cold calling, regular interactions, and persuasive presentations.

- Develop and deliver customized sales and trade promotion campaigns, requiring a deep understanding of brand marketing strategies, BTL/ATL promotions, and consumer engagement techniques.

- Think strategically to align brand objectives and marketing goals with BigCitys in-house rewards and tech-based solutions.

- Build and nurture relationships with key prospects for large consumer and corporate programs, leveraging insights into India's loyalty landscape.

- Maintain and expand a strong sales pipeline by sourcing leads from internal and external databases.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 2 - 4 years of experience in a business development or client acquisition role within a B2B sales environment.

- Strong communication and presentation skills, with a background in concept/solution sales.

- Experience in corporate sales, particularly in engaging with marketing heads, CMOs, and trade marketing teams.

- Proven ability to establish and develop industry networks and long-term client relationships.
