Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive new business opportunities and expand our market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics, excellent relationship-building skills, and the ability to identify and convert leads into profitable business partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to increase market share and penetrate new markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their business needs.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to align strategies and deliver client-centric solutions.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking sessions to represent the company and generate leads.
- Track and report on business development metrics, forecasts, and progress to senior management.
- Continuously update knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors/master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years of experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Willingness to travel as required
