Manager - Business Development

- We are hiring for Business Development Manager.

- Location: Usmanpura, Ahmedabad (Onsite).

- Experience: 5+ Years. Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days.

Responsibilities:

- Lead the business development team to identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities through targeted strategies, market analysis, and networking.

- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan aligned with company goals and market trends.. Guide the team in building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high client satisfaction, retention, and repeat business.

- Possess a thorough understanding of software development processes, staff augmentation, and the IT industry.

- Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging opportunities, industry trends, and competitive dynamics.

- Oversee the preparation and presentation of persuasive sales proposals, highlighting the unique benefits of our products and services to potential clients

- Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute campaigns that generate leads and support revenue growth.. Negotiate and finalize client agreements, securing favorable terms that align with company objectives and ensure long-term partnerships

- Monitor and analyze sales metrics, preparing regular performance reports and providing actionable insights to senior management.

- Represent the company at networking events, conferences, and industry gatherings to enhance market presence and expand the professional network

- Manage and mentor the business development team, setting performance goals, providing regular feedback, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement
