About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our growing team. This is a strategic role that requires a blend of entrepreneurial spirit, relationship-building skills, and a strong understanding of business growth strategies. As a key member of the Business Management team, you will work directly with the founder to shape and execute the company's business development roadmap.

This is a remote position, offering flexibility and autonomy, while also demanding accountability and high performance. If you are passionate about driving revenue, building meaningful partnerships, and making a tangible impact, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

1). Lead Generation & Management: Identify, qualify, and nurture leads through various channels including digital platforms, referrals, and outbound outreach. Maintain a structured lead pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups.

2). New Business Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients and business opportunities. Understand client needs and tailor solutions that align with their goals.

3). Stakeholder Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, partners, and vendors. Ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and support.

4). Market Research & Intelligence: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities. Provide insights to inform strategic decisions and refine business development tactics.

5). Proposal & Pitch Development: Prepare compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitch decks. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client expectations.

6). Performance Tracking & Reporting: Monitor key metrics such as conversion rates, revenue growth, and client engagement. Provide regular reports and insights to the founder and leadership team.

7). Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, operations, and product to align business development efforts with overall company goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Proven experience (3-7 years) in business development, sales, or client acquisition-preferably in a service-based industry.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.

- Proficiency in CRM tools, lead management systems, and productivity platforms.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to execution.

- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
